Peter Steer

Peter Steer
Peter is a chartered accountant and former management consultant. His vast experience and knowledge has been gained through senior roles in finance, organisational development, strategic planning, business planning, risk management, process re-engineering and general management.
Peter formed his own niche consultancy, PS Consulting, combining the role with a director position with at estate consultancy Invigour before joining niche London-based developer Generator Group as Finance Director in 2014. Over the next five years he had overall responsibility for all finance, contract, legal, HR and administrative functions, as well as supporting major structural advances and securing equity and debt funding for a range of property development projects totalling over £60 million. In addition, he has reorganised and expanded the finance team to incorporate new roles and functions.

Nick Sellman
Nick is head of property development, where he oversees the company’s overall construction strategy. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Nick brings a high level of expertise in real estate development and construction management. He has led numerous complex developments across the Private Rented Sector, as well as in the Student and Healthcare property markets.
Prior to his role with Urban Village, Nick played a pivotal role in building a private real estate portfolio that helped pave the way for what is now known as the UK’s Private Rented Sector. He successfully assembled and directed strategic design and procurement teams, securing development contracts with terminal values exceeding £500 million.
Nick’s strong leadership, deep industry insight, and genuine passion for property have been central to the growth and reputation of Urban Village Group.

Alice is actively involved with dealing with all our investors and clients request as first point of call. Since starting her career here at Urban Village Group, Alice has gained a wealth of experience in supporting the administration team and supporting our directors.
