To be re-developed into two new purpose built care schemes for senior living, the interior of The Maple’s Senior Care unit will feature 70 beds over three floors with facilities such as hairdressing, activities area, communal lounges and associated parking.

Randlay is one of the major residential suburbs of Telford, sitting approximately 1 mile south of the main commercial centre. The site sits immediately adjoining a newly developed retail parade and forms part of the Randlay district centre.
